Ries and Trout and Jack Palance?
Just one thing.
You stick to that and everything else don't mean shit.
I can't think of a more pithy explanation of Ries and Trout's manifesto on Positioning.
Too many businesses fall prey to attempting to be all things to all people. Find the one thing and become the company (become the person) known for that one thing.
My thing is ideas.

Thanks for leaving a comment. You have a good mission, but I don't think it distilled enough to qualify as a "Position" (in terms of Ries and Trout - and Palance.)
Answer these questions:
Empowering which people?
- What specific trait do this people have in common?
Leaving a mark in what category?
- Family? Career? Spiritual?

All of those examples match the core of how you describe your own vision -- but they are further defined to address specific groups of people with specific "marks" to leave.
Hope this helps you in your progress,
